All of our products are beautifully made to order. Seeing as they are made bespoke to each customer, we cannot offer any refunds unfortunately. To avoid any mistakes, we recommend that you read the product descriptions and specifications carefully and contact us if you are unsure of anything before placing the order, as once it has gone into production we cannot cancel the order. If you have noticed an error on your confirmation email, contact us immediately with the details so we can try to fix it for you.
